Across our desks has come an article titled “The Last Acceptable Prejudice.”

Hmmm, wonder what it could be? There are so many possibilities. Could it be prejudice against

– fundamentalists?

– Catholics?

– prolifers?

– Muslims?

– rednecks?

– sexually abstinent teenagers?

– men? fathers?

– stay-at-home moms?

– smokers?

Turns out the answer is: none of the above. The Last Acceptable Prejudice — hold your breath now — is against people who are overweight.
