A POEM
“If I do not go —
the Spirit will not come.”
“I must go —
But will not leave you
Destitute.
To fill your anxious hearts
And stem the wildest fears
That beat upon your souls,
A penetrating rush of holiness
Will be your stay —
Precisely when I go.”
