Hitler: A Pioneer for the “Politically Correct”
A CHAT WITH ADOLF
Hillary Rodham Clinton may need the assistance of a spirit-guide to invoke the ghost of Eleanor Roosevelt, but to summon up the spirit of Adolf Hitler one need only turn to a little book called The Voice of Destruction by Hermann Rauschning. It contains a number of one-on-one conversations between Hitler and the author dating from 1933 and 1934.
The following mock interview has been compiled to suggest how Hitler might respond to questions concerning today’s issues. All of the quotations from Hitler are taken verbatim from Rauschning’s book.
Interviewer: It has been over half a century since the Holocaust, Mr. Hitler. Don’t you feel any shame or remorse for the crimes you committed?
Adolf Hitler: Conscience is a Jewish invention. It is a blemish….
I: Since you sound unapologetic, I assume you haven’t given up on your goals. What, then, does your movement represent?
AH: This revolution of ours is the exact counterpart of the great French Revolution. And no Jewish God will save the democracies from it.
I: You’re not a big fan of religion, I gather.
AH: The religions are all alike, no matter what they call themselves. They have no future…. Whether it’s the Old Testament or the New, or simply the sayings of Jesus…it’s all the same old Jewish swindle.
