There's a saying that God always forgives (if you ask Him, that is), man sometimes forgives, but Nature never forgives.
There's a more recent saying that God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. That is, God ordained the polarity between the sexes.
But it seems that the Gnostics -- those who deny the incarnate, the embodied -- are always with us. Today the feminists would have us believe that there are no meaningful differences between male and female -- it's all been culturally conditioned by the sexist pigs of yore.
But just as the more society learns about pregnancy, the more society will realize (if the information isn't censored) that an unborn baby is indeed a baby, so the more society learns about biology, the more society will learn (if the information isn't censored) that the differences between the sexes are biologically rooted (and for those of us who believe in God, divinely ordained).
Admittedly, it's not popular to point this out, but if you dig around you can find out about it. For example, there are the books As Nature Made Him by John Colapinto (HarperCollins) and Taking Sex Differences Seriously by Steven E. Rhoads (Encounter Books). A briefer version is "The Biological Basis for Gender-Specific Behavior" by Gregg Johnson, a Professor of Biology at Bethel College in Minnesota, in the book Recovering Biblical Manhood & Womanhood (available from the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood for $22 at 888-560-8210).
